Pinot Blanc Orange unfiltered Selection Noir
The fourth color of wine
- Vegan
- organic
- Made in Germany
A wine made according to an ancient method, which is why it is declared as a country wine and does not require an official test number. Fermented on the grape skins and macerated for four months.
The nose is characterized by notes of ripe apple, quince, pear skin and raisins. Pleasant tannin structure with vanilla and herbal notes. Late harvest as starting quality.
With an orange wine, the grapes ferment on the mash (grape skin). As a result, they absorb more pigments and tannins from the berry skins. The color of orange wine can range from orange to amber. They are bottled unfiltered and have their own organoleptic characteristics.
The 2018 Pinot Blanc Orange Sélection Noir was recognized by Front Row Society - The Magazine as one of the best orange wines at the largest orange wine tasting in the German-speaking world.

Ground is origin
Full-bodied, extract-rich organic wines thrive on the fertile loess-loam soils with varying lime (0.5% - 12%) and sand content. Go on a journey of discovery and get to the bottom of the fine nuances of taste.
tradition & innovation
The natural clarification and the absence of fining agents promise a long enjoyment. Healthy grapes are matured using the rare “sur-lie method”: they lie on the fine lees until bottling and thus absorb more extract, fruit aromas and bioactive substances. Thanks to this long "mother-child contact" and the biological acid reduction, the Lind winery can offer you quality wines with extraordinary harmony. This is also reflected in the international and national awards received.
