tradition & innovation
The natural clarification and the absence of fining agents promise a long enjoyment. Healthy grapes are matured using the rare “sur-lie method”: they lie on the fine lees until bottling and thus absorb more extract, fruit aromas and bioactive substances. Thanks to this long "mother-child contact" and the biological acid reduction, the Lind winery can offer you quality wines with extraordinary harmony. This is also reflected in the international and national awards received.
