Dutch Harvest's hemp chai is a treat any time of the day. The warming, mildly sweet mixture combines Ayurvedic spices with hemp from Groningen. The strong Chai herbs give you a pleasant feeling and inspire body and soul. Due to the fresh lemongrass, the tea is pleasantly invigorating even in summer. Delicious on its own as a tea or with (plant-based) milk for a delicious 'chai latte'.

Ingredients: Hemp leaves and flowers (60%), lemongrass, fennel, cinnamon, ginger, parsley, cardamom, pink pepper, liquorice. All ingredients from controlled organic cultivation.

Preparation: Use 2 tablespoons of hemp tea blend per liter of water or 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of tea. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

Content: 50g loose for 40 cups of tea

As a sustainability expert, founder Esther campaigned for sustainable, local raw materials, against climate change and for an increasingly vegetarian diet. She came across hemp as a particularly sustainable raw material. Nevertheless, knowledge about this plant seemed not to be very widespread. In public, this was primarily associated with marijuana. She traveled to scientific congresses &amp; visited hemp factories with the question: How can we use the power of hemp again?
